WEDNESDAY COLLECTIVE RUN NIGHT
Join LSD Runners every Wednesday at the shop for our weekly collective run night!
Meet us at the LSD store at 7:00pm, the run starts at 7:15pm.
Runners have the option to choose either a 3 mile or 6 mile route through Echo Park. We’ll be offering multiple pacers through each run so all paces are welcome.
The run will be lead by LSD friend Aiden Gilpin, and we will have some great pacers set throughout the milage.
Pace Groups:
6 Mile 7:30-8:00
6 Mile-8:30 - 9:00
6 Mile- 9:30 - 10:00
3 Mile-9:30-10:00
Headlamps for the run will be provided by Knog, Post-run magnesium fueled electrolytes provided by Magna and chilled Cadence for sell in store. Complimentary water and refreshments available as always post run. Highly encourage you bring your own bottle.
